Hello, My question is about becoming a independent CNA home caregiver. I have 10 years of experience in hospital and home heath. I am Licensed by the state. I am very interested in going out on my own I have been watching a lady and have been doing so on my own and not through a Agency, can you please give me advice on how I should approach this journey,and the legal steps I should know about, also what is the best way to get my name out there?
