CarePathways will not disclose to any third party your Information without your prior consent, except to the extent necessary or appropriate to comply with applicable laws or in legal proceedings where such information is relevant. CarePathways may also provide your information to third parties as CarePathways deems appropriate to complete transactions between you and our network of providers including advertisers and suppliers. CarePathways reserves the right to offer third party services and products to you based on the preferences that you identify in your data submission and at any time thereafter; such offers may be made by the CarePathways or by third parties. The Site provides a service where it matches requests from potential customers (you) with providers within our network, which may include those participating in third party networks, who supply medical, health care and other related products and services (the "Referral Service"). The information you provide to us in a matching request will be sent to matching providers within the Referral Service network. CarePathways is not involved in the actual transaction between customers and providers and does not promote or recommend any particular provider. Consequently, CarePathways cannot guarantee that a transaction will occur or if it does occur that it will satisfy the needs of either user or provider. All fees associated with the Referral Service are paid by the network providers. By participating in the Referral Service, you also agree to be bound by the Terms of Use specified by Eldercarelink which supplies matching referral network providers.

Specific Prohibited Uses

The Site may be used only for lawful purposes by individuals seeking elder care, senior care, home care products and services, employment and employers seeking employees. CarePathways specifically prohibits any use of the Site, and all users agree not to use the Site, for any of the following: Posting any incomplete, false or inaccurate information or information which is not your own.

Posting any franchise, pyramid scheme, "club membership", distributorship or sales representative agency arrangement or other business opportunity which requires an up front or periodic payment, requires recruitment of other members, sub-distributors or sub-agents.

Deleting or revising any material posted by any other person or entity.

Using any device, software or routine to interfere or attempt to interfere with the proper working of this Site or any activity being conducted on this Site.
