Qualifications: • Represents agency in a professional manner and image. • Ability to set and achieve quotas with effective and organized skills. • Ability to network with skills that will effectively promote your target market. • Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal. • The ability to initiate and manage research while measuring performance and optimizing marketing programs. • Service oriented with customer, client and management skills. • Goal oriented and self motivated. • Launch and analyze all marketing programs. • Basic office computer and phone skills. • Possesses an attitude that is competitive, confident, thorough and tenacious.
Criteria: • Experience in non-medical homecare services. • 2+ years outside marketing experience. • Demonstrates familiarity of standards and practices of the non-medical homecare. • Reliable vehicle with a good driving record.
Duties and Responsibilities: • To develop and creative a competitive edge in the market place. • To create an implement marketing ideas and manageable solutions • To work with client/coworker in team environment to support effective relationships. • Generate and qualify all leads and sales opportunities. • Work to provide services that meet client needs and increase their satisfaction. • Keep thorough records of client interactions.
