All the same product description applies to this product as the basic Duoderm dressing noted above, but it has an extra adhesive border around the edges. Although the entire dressing has an adhesive backing, if you are still having trouble with adherence you may want to try this one. The wide outer foam border does not require additional taping and allows for a longer wear time.
