Returning Customers

Use the big green button above (upper-right of page) to login to your account. You may use a prior order number (9 digits) or your last name along with either your email address or full phone number (with area code) to login.

Once you have logged-in, your Repeat Customer Appreciation Credit will automatically be applied to your current order and you will be taken to the "Prior Purchases" page where you may view and reprint your receipts from prior orders and check the shipping status of any item. The Prior Purchases page is also used to quickly reorder items from prior orders.

Depending upon the expiration date of the card you used for your last order you may also qualify for the Express Checkout option which will apply your current order to the credit card used for your last purchase and will also automatically use the last Billing and Shipping addresses.

If you do not qualify for Express Checkout, or you wish to use a different payment option, or you wish to change the billing and/or shipping addresses, select one of the other checkout options (ie: Credit Card). Your billing and shipping addresses will automatically be applied but may be changed if necessary.

Trouble with SSL Secure Connection

This site requires a 128-bit security connection, the strongest available. Most modern browsers will support this connection.

With Internet Explorer, click the Tools menu, and then click Internet Options. On the Advanced tab, scroll to the Security section and check settings for SSL 2.0, SSL 3.0, TLS 1.0, all should be checked. Click OK. This will allow you to connect to most sites securely.

Trouble Adding Items to My Shopping Cart

If you are having trouble adding items to your cart, Session Variables might need to be enabled in your browser in order for the shopping cart system to function properly. A small Session Variable is used to hold the items you have added and the quantity. This is stored in your browser's memory. It does not violate your privacy in any way. It simply holds a list of the items you have selected. The Session Variable expires when you click "Empty Shopping Cart", when your order is completed, or when you leave our site.

More help about navigating and using our store may be found here.

To enable restricted Session Variables (cookies) using Most Browsers:
Change Privacy ("Security" on some browsers) settings to "Medium" or "Default", Click OK

You may need to close and reopen your browser for changes to take effect. Your cart will be saved.
