About This Agency:

In May 2008, Affiliated Home Health Care, LLC was formed to provide home health care services to individuals in a home setting. We have managed to be successful in an expanding and competitive industry, through the assistance of our customer’s physicians and their trust in us. We provide home care services such as Skilled Nursing, Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, Speech and Language Therapy, Respiratory Therapy, Certified Home Health Aide and Medical Social Work. Through our contacts among physicians and office staff, we are able to maintain a steady referral base. Our target market has included: patients suffering from breathing difficulties such as asthma or emphysema; those physically impaired through injury or aging; and those with long-term or closely monitored conditions such as diabetes. Our goal is to provide life maintaining and enhancing in home care, service and training at a fair and reasonable price, with an emphasis on timely quality service.
