We are a small independent home health care company, owned & operated by two nurses. We have been in business since 1997 and we service all of Central & Northern Lower Michigan. Our Corporate office is located in West Branch, with Branch offices in Alpena & Cheboygan. We work with all Automobile Insurances, Home Owners Insurances, Workman`s Compensation Plans and Private Pay.
Our staff consists of Registered Nurses, Licensed Practical Nurses, Physical, Occupational,and Speech Therapists, Medical Social Worker, Registered Dietitian, Certified Nursing Assistants, Home Health Aides, as well as Homemakers & Companions. Our employees are covered under our Liability, Bonding, and Workman`s Compensation policies. We also carefully screen new hires by obtaining criminal background checks and work references.
We provide services for a visit, hourly, or live-in rate, with a 24-hour on-call service for emergency situations. As an example of some of the things we can provide (but not limited to) we can assist with tasks such as Personal Care, Monitoring Safety, Medication Set-Up/Education, Diet/Nutrition Education, Wound/Ostomy Care, Ventilator/Tracheotomy Care, Bowel/Bladder Programs, Ambulation Assistance, R.O.M. Exercises, Transfer Assistance, Meal Planning & Preparation, Light Housekeeping, Shopping/Errands, and Transportation to appointments. Each case is opened by a nurse which includes a FREE Admission Assessment & Home Safety Analysis.

Leelin can also provide training for your organization through our Community Services Program. We can certify your employees in CPR, AED, FIRST AID, or PROFESSIONAL RESCUER for Adult, Child, and Infant through the American Heart Association. Other programs offered: (but not limited to) Blood Pressure Screening & various On-Site Inservices.
