ComForcare is a premier provider of non-medical, private duty home care services for people of all ages. ComForcare is a class A licensed agency. We offer companion care, personal care, and high tech care services.

Our caregivers can assist people with the activities of daily living in any setting they call home, whether it be a private residence, nursing facility or an independent or an assisted living community.

We offer services 24 hours a day, seven days a week and on holidays. We can provide same day service and also offer transition of care service packages that include transportation home after discharge from a hospital stay or outpatient procedure. Nurse Manager on staff or other experienced health professional Supervision of unskilled personnel by professional Ongoing staff education and regular in-services Initial assessment visit done timely Initial visit with family involvement for deciding on care arrangements Initial assessment visit to help with equipment and supplies needed Initial assessment visit will be made onsite at a facility if not home yet Accommodating client's needs and preferences with staff to find most suitable match Modifying staffing to match client's needs if warranted Family continuous involvement with care planning process Regular monitoring of clients needs and health changes to adapt care required 24 hr on call service for problems or staffing changes Good communications with other health personnel involved
