Conflicting emotions, financial realties, and health-related concerns are just a few of the complicated issues you may face when helping elderly loved ones to relocate. Whether finding care for a loved one or planning your own retirement, determining current and future needs and preferences will help you make the best selection. Please take a few minutes to step through our Needs Assessment and we will point you to the care options that best suite your individual situation.
Decisions about the type of senior housing and care options that are most appropriate for you or your loved one depends on understanding needs, preferences, and level of care. We have developed what we believe is the most logical, thorough, yet simple assessment available and combined it with the power of our extensive facility database to get you started in the right direction.
Our Needs Assessment has up to five steps depending upon your answers, each addressing a specific topic in order to refine your needs and preferences. Read each description carefully and pick the one that fits your unique situation best. When you have finished, you will be presented with the care options that we believe to be the most appropriate for you according to your answers.
If at any point during the process, it becomes apparent that there is only one logical option available, we will immediately direct you to the appropriate recommendation.
We do not offer medical advice. You should always consult your physician prior to making any medical decisions including long-term care placement.
When you see the common phrase "activities of daily living" used, it refers to all aspects of personal care including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, ambulating, and eating, as well as housekeeping, shopping, preparing meals, and managing of financial matters.
