Improved Living Services, LLC

Agency Mission Statement and Organizational Philosophy.

MISSION STATEMENT To improve the lives of those with special needs by offering individuals with disabilities a full range of innovative community based rehabilitation and support services. To promote individual choice, maximization of strengths, and active participation in their overall life planning.

PHILOSOPHY In all scenarios, staff of ILS recognize and respect an individual’s right to choice and participation in their life planning. ILS staff also recognize the limitations of the service system, its providers, and the community, and will work to develop a focus for the most creative, comprehensive program in the least restrictive environment(s) possible for each individual.
