A “peace of mind visit” is a short visit each day to help clients with bathing, meal preparation, medication reminders, and getting out of or into bed. “Transition Assistance” is available upon discharge from the hospital. “Sitter Assistance” is a service to monitor clients in the hospital, nursing homes, etc. when the family cannot be there.

During the initial assessment, a staff member takes detailed notes about your loved one’s hobbies, interests, and needs. Next, they will determine a caregiver with similar character traits and the right skillset. A team member will be present on the first day to ensure a smooth start.
