Since 1996, we at The Caring Connection have dedicated ourselves to providing an important service for the elderly, the developmentally disabled, and families with special needs children. We work with the California Regional Centers and we can help guide you through the process of obtaining In-Home Supportive Services. Compassionate care in the comfort of home is the best way to ensure that you and your loved ones may continue to live with dignity and maintain a respectful level of independence.

We provide in-depth interviews, employment verification, federal employment eligibility verification, criminal background check, skills testing, liability insurance, workers' compensation insurance and more.

Flexibility

The Caring Connection offers a free in-home assessment to ensure that we provide the perfect caregiver for your needs. Personalized service is our hallmark. We employ very experienced and understanding caregivers who provide unparalleled kindness through in-home care, resulting in peace of mind for our clients. If you are dissatisfied with your caregiver at any time, for any reason, we will offer a replacement at no extra cost.

Affordability

We understand the unique financial challenges that exist for those considering in-home care. We accept many private Long Term Care insurance policies as well as Medi-Cal IHO Waivers. We are also a vendor with the California Regional Centers. If financial concerns may be a barrier to your or your family, please contact us so that we may discuss options available to you.

Respite

The Caring Connection can help you become a better caregiver. Respite care is relief for families who are caring for someone of any age with special needs. Respite care can be temporary, short-term relief to strengthen the ability of families and the primary caregivers to continue providing home-based care.
