Senior Care Concierge is a boutique domestic referral agency that helps seniors age in place at home as long as possible. We never take on more than 10 clients so we can ensure the care we deliver is personalized and consistent.
We help seniors and their familys in three major ways:
1. Caregiver Referrals Need in-home care for an aging loved one? Look no further. We evaluate your care needs with a complimentary in-home assessment and make referrals to professional, experienced and compassionate caregivers throughout the East Bay. Our typical caregiver referral has over 10 years of experience working in home care and come highly recommended by their past cilents. Our prices are approximately $25/hour.
2. Medication Administration & Management Medication non-compliance is one of the biggest factors that leads to hospital readmission and worsening health problems. To ensure our clients remain compliant with medications and stay healthy, we offer a variety of medication management services:
Setting up Medication Schedules & Reminders Filling Medication Dispensers Reselling & Managing Automatic Pill Dispensers Medication Administration & Monitoring Insulin Injections
3. Assistive Technology As technology becomes more advanced, it will play an increasingly larger role in our daily lives. With a little bit of knowledge, seniors and older adults can easily leverage this technology to help them regain some of their independence and age in place at home. We can help with and make recommendations for a variety of tech-enabled products for seniors.
