NU- Era Home Health Agency, Inc. provides home care as a skilled alternative to extended hospitalization or nursing home care in addition to non-skilled ADL services. The agency is committed to delivering individualized, cost effective, comprehensive service and a new era of delivering modern high-tech care to home-bound patients. Through the collaboration of a multidisciplinary team, NU-Era Home Health Agency will achieve a quality of life where they assume all or partial responsibility of the patient’s health care or activities of daily living care needs and maintain rehabilitation in a familiar environment.
The company operates two locations in California: Torrance in LA County and San Bernardiino in the Inland Empire. We also provide service to the high desert areas. We hire our staff local to the areas we service and we accept clients ranging from pediatrics to geriatrics.
The agency is Medicare/Medicaid certified and is also contracted with a number of insurance health plans, hospitals and IPAs. We also accept private pay and reimbursements through the Medi-Cal waiver program.
