Our priority at Home Care Advantage is to provide the highest quality of care to the seniors' community, as well as all ages in need, whether in their own home, assisted living community or in a nursing home. We are committed to maintaining a respectful and professional relationship with our clients and staff.
You can be confident that our caregivers are carefully screened, dependable and selectively chosen to meet the specific needs of our clients. They are experienced and highly trained to provide excellent quality of care and follow a strict professional code of conduct and ethics. Complete background checks are conducted which include, physical abuse, driving records, auto insurance, previous work histories, and references. You will find that our caregivers and office staff are very respectful, supportive, understanding and trustworthy.
Our caregivers are competitively paid directly by our agency; there is no additional charge to you. Home Care Advantage files all applicable Federal and State Withholding Tax, and Unemployment Insurance for our employees. The caregivers and supervisory staff are covered by Workers’ Compensation Insurance and are covered by a Fidelity Bond. Our caregivers are here for you. They will work hard to assist you with your specific needs in the comfort of your own home.

In addition to the above, our Personal Care caregivers will provide assistance with laundry and linens, prepare nutritious and delicious meals, respect and follow any meal preparation traditions, light housekeeping, shopping, transportation and errands, schedule medical, hairdresser, barber shop appointments and any spiritual or religious activity events.
We provide home care services on an hourly as well as 8, 10 or 12-hour shift. There is a minimum of four hours on any days you choose.
Live- in Care
A caregiver resides in the client's home. The caregiver provides personal care and homemaker/companion services for a portion of each 24-hour period and has a sleep break and meal breaks.
Respite care offers family caregivers temporary relief from caring for individuals with various needs.
