The staff consists of experienced nurses and caregivers who have years of professional experience in their respective disciplines. No patient or client shall be refused service because of age, race, color, sex, or national origin.
The Scope of Service:
A PREMIER HOME PROVIDER SERVICE LLC offers health-care-related contracts for registered nurses (RN), licensed practical nurses (LPN), certified nursing assistants (CNA), home health aides (HHA), companions, or homemakers, who are compensated by fees as independent contractors, including, but not limited to, contracts for the provision of services to patients and contracts to provide private duty or staffing services to licensed health care facilities. Caregivers are referred to A PREMIER HOME PROVIDER SERVICE LLC based on their exceptional skills, experience, and qualities. Once referred to A PREMIER HOME PROVIDER SERVICE LLC, only those caregivers who meet our high standards are selected for the next level of their application process with emphasis on the verification of credentials and a proper background screening.
A PREMIER HOME PROVIDER SERVICE LLC provides personal care services provided by Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA’s) and Home Health Aides (HHA’s) that ensure the personal dignity of your loved one, including Bathing, Bathroom, and Continence Care, Dressing, Feeding, Personal Hygiene, Transfer Assistance from a Bed or Chair Walking Support.
Homemaker services to ensure your loved one is well-fed and has a safe and clean home including Grocery Shopping, Laundry, Light Housekeeping (Kitchen & Laundry) Maintaining a Clean, Safe, Healthy, and Tidy Living Space, Meal Preparation of Your Loved One’s Favorite Foods.
Neighborhood Activities making sure that your loved one is happy by helping them with important appointments and interesting activities including Escorting and Chaperoning Your Loved One to Doctor’s Visits, Parks, Religious Services, Restaurants, Social Activities, the Theater and more.
Companionship: A Companion for Cards and Games Someone to Listen to Someone to Share Stories with Someone to Talk to. In addition, they are permitted to assist with combing or brushing hair, applying make-up, and polishing nails.
RN’s are licensed and maintain clinical records for clients receiving nursing care. An RN develops medical plans for treatment and can maintain them or supervise their maintenance. An RN supervises LPN’s and CNA’s. An RN can manage client medications, wound care, do IV infusion therapy, do colostomy care, and is available on an hourly, shift, or live-in basis. R.N.s are available to make visits to the patient’s home for an additional cost.
LPN’s have a practical nurse license and are under the supervision of a registered nurse or a physician. An LPN maintains the medical plan of treatment created by the registered nurse and approved by the physician. An LPN can also perform the services of a CNA, homemaker, and companion.
