Changing Tides is seeking experienced and certified CNA/ NA and/or PCA's to provide reliable, compassionate, and qualified caregiving services to our client's in their homes. We provide meal preparation, assistance with errands and appointments, bathing, medication reminders, transfer assistance and additional services to keep client's home safely.
The ideal candidate possesses the following:
• At least 6 months experience in the home care field.
• Have a CNA, PCA and/or NA license or certificate from the State of Virginia
• CPR and First Aid certified
• Positive attitude, great communication skills, and ability to work independently
• Ability to perform light housework, prepare meals, run errands, etc.
• Valid Driver's License & Auto Insurance
• Ability to pass Criminal Background & Drug Free Lifestyle
• Access to a reliable vehicle
• Smart Phone
• Negative PPD within 30 days of hire
• Able to read, write and converse in English
