Our staff is cognizant that elders or individuals in need of public health services have the rights to utilize these services freely, thus we, at 21st Century Home Care, fulfill these rights with empathy and a heart full of trust.

21st Century Home Care is licensed to establish and conduct employment services in the state of Massachusetts. The company is an SDO f/k/a SOMWBA Certified Agency and a Certified Vendor under the Massachusetts Rehabilitation Commission (MRC) Department of Mental Retardation (DMR), Massachusetts Commission for the Blind (MCB), and Department of Elder Affairs. The company is also one of the approved.

We help clients in many different ways depending on their individual needs, ranging from one hour to 24-hour per day, overnight shift or even live-in care, which care is provided by our reliable, competent and affordable employed home health aides or certified nursing assistants. There is no need for you to hire your aides. Our employees hold a Home Health Aide Certificate or a CNA license, attend our regularly required in-services. They are all screened, undergo background checks, including CORI, employment references, Nurse Aide Registry Checks, monthly OIG checks, and they are bonded and insured with liability and workers’ compensation insurances.

21st Century is an approved provider by the Executive Office of Elder Affairs (EOEA) to offer homemaker/personal care aide services in Massachusetts, and is also a current SOMWBA/SDA certified agency in the state of Massachusetts.
