About This Agency:

Relief Home Health Services is a visiting nurse team that was started in 2010 with a mission to provide an exceptionally compassionate highly trained multidisciplinary medical and psychiatric team. We have established ourselves as one the most experienced and highly rated visiting nurse teams on Cape Cod and Bristol County. Relief HHS is accredited by the highly regarded CHAPS( Community Health Accreditation Partner, and CMS(Center for Medicare and Medicaid services) for serving all individuals in our community ,focusing on the underserved that are challenged with psychiatric and medical comorbidities. Through innovative and client-centered approaches, Relief delivers high-quality home healthcare services to all our patients. In the same passion we have for our patients, we have for our employees. We empower and support our employees through ongoing training and educational opportunities. We accept Medicare, Medicaid/MassHealth and over 20 other commercial PPO Plans. We can work out of network at times and guarantee there is never a cost to the patient.
