South Shore Home Care, Inc., is an in-home service provider that assist individuals and families live independently in the comfort and safety of thier own homes. We carefully assess and understand the clients needs then selectively placing caring and trained personel/caregiver to meet these needs. South shore HomeCare is owned and managed by Nurses and and Healthcare administrators whose prime objective is to provide quality and efficient care to it's clients.We know that care at home is best for the client and we are dedicated to providing the best care so that the client can remain in the comfort of their own home. Services that we provide includes: 1. Personal care services includes , but are not limited to, the following: assisting with eating, bathing, using bathing equipment, assisting with tooth care, assisting/providing grooming(shaving, applying make-up), assisting/providing hair care,assisting with bowel regularity, assisting with transfers, asisting with self administration of medication, assisting with basic skin care, assisting with dressing including putting on support stockings, which do not require a physician's prescription. 2.Home Making service which including routine housekeeping activities such as making bed/changing bed, doing laundary and ironing,washing dishes, cleaning kitchen, shopping, assisiting with communication by writing or typing correspondence. 3. Companion/sitter which includes: companionship, friendship and emotional support, talking listening and sharing experience, playing games/cards, reading to client, accompanying client to recreational activities, planning local trips, performing light housekeeping, accompanying client on walks, assisting with pet care. 4.Respite care: These are services furnished on a short-term basis because of the absence or need for relief of those persons normally providing the care. 5. Friendly reassurance service refer to making regular contact, through either telephone or in-home visits, with homebound individuals to assure their well being and safety.
