Tender Care Nursing Agency was established as an end result of the accumulated research work and experience of its founder and Executive Director, Matilda Charles, M.Sc,GNA,CMT. Her ardent love to care for her sick mother and her mother in-law, both living in Matilda's home led her to be certified and licensed. The mother-in-law lived with Matilda and received daily care and attention for 10 years. This birthed her love for elderly care and Tender Care Nursing Agency. Presently in the state of Maryland, Tender Care Nursing Caregivers are providing quality care to the elderly anywhere in the state. 

Our mission is to provide Caregivers, Nursing assistants, CNA,GNA, CMT, Home Health Aides, to care for the Elderly. Our Caregivers are tested and proven to be empathetic and compassionate, respectful and very knowledgeable. We provide Companion services and Personal Care such as bathing and dressing, incontinent care, toileting. Our caregivers assist with meal preparation and feeding. We do safe transfers and mobility monitoring. we will drive you to your various appointments and do light housekeeping. At your request, we can assist with writing your letters or email. We will do anything for our patients/clients if it improves their quality of life, enhance their safety and independence where possible. Our Agency goes to great length to select trained and certified Caregivers. They are screened, have their backgrounds checked, excellently referenced, they carry liability insurance, and are bonded. Our Clients/patients have the last say in the choice of who they accept to care for them. Our clients/patients are allowed to interview or further screen the Caregiver if they desire to do so before onset of care. You will be completely happy with the care you will receive from us, we guarantee a happy ageing for you or your loved one.
