Comfort Care Home health Services is a privately operated and managed home care provider based in Silver Spring, Maryland. In order to serve the community, we apply our skills as nurses, home health aides, nutritionists and caregivers. We visit clients at home so they won’t have to make the stressful trips to and from a care facility. If you live in our service area scope, you can request for our services. Our Vision Whether you are recovering from surgery or illness, or living with a chronic disease like diabetes or COPD, Comfort Care Home Health can make hospital visits shorter and less frequent with home-based skilled nursing, rehabilitation, and chronic disease management. We work closely with your physician to coordinate all aspects of your care, focusing on helping you recover and regain your independence.
When we are sick or when our independence declines during old age, we want to feel reassured that someone will be there to care for us.
