Michelle Foster RN, is the Founder/Care Manager of Complete Care Nursing. Michelle`s career in nursing has included 5 years as a Director of Nursing at a skilled nursing facility, and 8 years as a Supervisor in all aspects of home health. Her many years of experience in home health is what prompted Michelle to start this company. Working in home health care she often hears from families how very difficult it is to manage it all. Michelle agrees with them. Health care is so complicated today. People are on many medications that require frequent monitoring such as blood work and follow up Dr. visits. Michelle believes that Complete Care Nursing provides a desperately needed service for many in the community.
