Care Connections is a private duty home care agency owned by a physician and managed by a registered nurse with 20 years home care experience. We are locally owned,and are a member of the Lansing Chamber of Commerce, Better Business Bureau, and National Private Duty Association. We won the Athena business award in 2008.
Care Connections is available 24/7, and our bonded and screened home care aides can make a 1 hour home visit or stay 24 hours a day as needed. We match our aides to the clients physical and emotional needs after a nurse comes out and performs a free in-home visit. We adjust home care visits with a short notice. We cover a 40 mile radius from Lansing, MI, and accept Medicaid-waiver TCOA clients as well as long term care insurance, and private payments. Our aides can do extensive hands-on personal care such as bathing and dressing, as well as shopping and transportation. We have special rates available and are competitively priced!
