Acute Home Health is a home health care agency with home health care and adult foster care license. We provide 24/7 nursing services to acute care clients such as ventilator dependent, intensive care, bipap, cpap, respiratory, cardiac, muscular dystrophy etc... We also provide 24 hours supervision to less intensive care clients who needs PCA/HHA services.

Our skilled staff will visit you at your home or at our sites. Our sites are in Chaska with 1-level handicap accesible town homes where neighbors are friendly, the grass are green and sky isblue.

We provide services for vast medical needs: IV, Chemo, Nursing, Diabetic Management, PCAs, HHAs, Social, oxygen, ventilator, bipap, cpap, etc...
