Bringing in the right help can allow individuals to age with dignity at home, but starting the process of finding a professional care provider can be a daunting task. Aroga is a full-service firm that screens care providers and helps match and refer them to clients based on qualifications and client specific request.
Who We Are: Aroga is a privately-owned company founded by Bethany Miller, a registered nurse and care advisor. Prior to starting Aroga Bethany lived in Ithaca, New York and served as a Medical Director for a combined assisted living and home care agency. She is passionate about ensuring her clients receive personalized, high quality care from experienced individual professional care providers.
What We Do: Aroga specializes in home care placement of professional care providers. All referred providers have been thoroughly screened, nationally background checked and carry their own professional liability insurance.
How We Help: We are focused on making the home care experience as smooth and pleasant as possible for our clients and their families. Bethany and her management team are trained to assist clients with determining the level of care that is appropriate for each unique situation then refer high quality care providers who can meet their needs.
The Care Providers: Our concierge services are designed to be tailored to the unique needs and desires of our clients. Private care providers range from companions and certified nurse assistants to more specialized providers such as skilled nurses and physical therapists.
What Caregivers Provide: Caregivers offer a broad range of services such as companionship, Alzheimer’s and dementia care, dressing, bathing, activities of daily living, post hospitalization care, rehabilitation, stroke recovery, post-surgery care, transportation, errands, medication management, cooking and meal prep, cleaning and more!
Where Services Are Provided: Care providers typically come to the client’s home; however, they can support individuals in rehabilitation settings, assisted living, retirement communities, hospital and nursing homes. Caregivers also attend events, travel, shop and go to appointments with clients.

We take time to match care providers with clients who have schedules that work for them and match their skill level. In addition, we strive to help facilitate continuity with both care providers and their clients to foster relationship growth and bonding between them the family.
