Our Caregivers
Assisting Hands caregivers go through the industry’s most stringent hiring process before we place them in our clients’ homes. We personally meet and interview each candidate to ensure they meet our high standards of compassion, skills, personality, work ethic and reliability. We perform comprehensive background checks, driving record checks, exhaustive reference checks and drug screenings. Regardless of experience and skill, we further train our caregivers to do things the Assisting Hands way. We only hire caregivers we would feel comfortable placing in our own homes to take care of our loved ones.
