Instacare Home Health Solutions LLC. is licensed by the Division of Consumer Affairs, and all of our staff are certified, insured, and undergo an intensive interview, health screening, and background checks.

Discharge Planning& Placement: If your loved one is currently hospitalized and will be discharged soon, please call our office so we may assist your physician and hospital staff with pre-discharge planning to make certain that your loved one receives the proper continuation of care and rehabilitation from hospital to home.
Services are available on an hourly basis as well as live-ins on weekdays, nighttimes, weekends, and holidays, from just a few hours per day to a full 7-day week. Our coordinating staff will always work closely with you to find the best service for you.
