UltraCARE Home Health Services, LLC acknowledges the difficulty of accepting that a loved one may have reached that stage in life, where he/she will require some assistance, in order to perform normal daily activities. However, we are committed to providing a service that will enable them to continue to function in a dignified way, in their own familiar home environment. At the same time we want to ensure that we are providing each family with a sense of security that their loved ones are in good hands, and are being cared for in the best way possible.
The primary goal of our employees is to contribute to the overall care of the clients to the best of their abilities, and to restore and/or maintain the optimum level of independence to each client under the plan of care.
a) Our employees will be required to provide the highest quality of care to clients within the scope of their education and training. Our caregivers are certified and are carefully selected and matched to our clients.
b) A care plan is an integral part of the care to meet the physical, psychological and clinical needs of the clients. The client, respective family members and significant others are encouraged to participate in the development of the care plan, as this is essential for the continuity of care, motivation of self-care, progressive rehabilitation and preventative care;
c) Our employees must provide services with respect to the dignity of the person regardless of nationality, race, creed, age, color and disability, sexual orientation and diagnosis;
d) Our employees must respect the rights of the clients and maintain confidentiality;
e) Our employees must respect and assist in maintaining the family unit.
Staffing: Every member of our staff is carefully selected and must have satisfied the educational and training requirements of the State of New Jersey.
Our Staff consists of:
Registered Nurses (RN)
Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN)
Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA)
Certified Home Health Aides (CHHA)
Live-In companions
Physical Therapists
Occupational Therapists
Staff availability if 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Placement is done quickly within 24-72 hours.
