We use a coordinated team approach for therapeutic and rehab services including nursing, certified HHAs and medical services, to ensure continuity of care for our clients.
Our Patient Care team, comprised of our RN, owners and hands on administrative staff will meet with you to assess your individual situation and comprise a specific plan of care. At Assisting Hands, we offer Home Health Aides, Care Coordination, Case Management. and Transitional Care. Assisting Hands is a full service certified home health agency which screens, hires and trains it`s employees ensuring that you will have quality home care you can trust. Our caregivers are bonded and insured. We pay very special attention to matching our caregivers with our clients to achieve the utmost compatibility. Our services can be arranged for as little as 4 hours or as many as 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, including holidays.
Assisting Hands is proud to be an approved provider in the Sate of NJ , Department of Human Services for the DDD, Division of Developmental Disabilities. We provide services to individuals with ADHD, Autism Spectrum Disorder, Cerebal Palsey, Hearing Loss, Intellectual Disability, Learning Disability, Vision Impairment and other developmental delays. All care is under the direct supervision of our Director of Nursing who will assess each client and develop a very specific Plan of Care to properly support the individual.
