HomeWell Senior Care understands that choosing someone to spend time with your loved one, at home, is an important decision. That’s why we have a rigorous screening, interviewing and training process in place for all our Personal Assistants.

HomeWell Senior Care assures you that all of our Personal Assistants:

•  Are covered by workers compensation insurance

•  Are covered by liability insurance and are bonded

•  Are subject to a criminal background check

•  Have their Social Security Number verified

•  Have their employment eligibility verified

•  Have a five-year employment history, verified with reference checks

•  Have a minimum two years of related experience

•  Have two personal references verified

•  Are thoroughly interviewed

•  Undergo competency testing

•  Undergo a thorough orientation process

•  Undergo regular performance evaluations and continuing training

•  Have a valid driver’s license when needed

•  Speak fluent English when needed

•  Are mature, caring, punctual, reliable and experienced
