OUR LEVEL OF SERVICE IS ONE-ON-ONE. We provide LIVE-IN, LIVE-OUT home care service.We guarantee a visit to your home minutes after you call for assessment by a Registered Nurse. Guarantee visits by a Registered Nurse once a month.Your loved ones will be taken care of by CNAs & HHAs and supervised by a Nurse Manager. We are Certified by the Department of Health and Senior Services to participate in JACC and Global Options Programs. KEY SERVICES: Personal Care: Grooming, Bathing, Dressing, Skin Care, Incontinence, Shower, Change Adult briefs, Check for food spoilage, Conduct home safety inspection, Light housekeeping, Ambulatory and transfer, Remove trash, etc, Laundry, Family respite. Companion Care: Medication reminders, Conversation, Answer phone, Retrieve phone messages, Reading, Meal planning, Cooking, Serve meals.
