My Joy Home Care Agency is operated by two sisters, Rochelle Elliot and Judi Smith, who both have a dedication and passion for serving the community by providing high-quality home care services to veterans and the elderly in Clark County, Nevada.

Rochelle is and has been a resident in the Las Vegas area for over 20 years. She has been working in the medical field for over 50 years now. Judi, on the other hand, has expertise in administrative management field for over 20 years. Armed with loads of experience and expertise, they came together to establish and develop a cause that has always been very close to their hearts – a loving and caring home care agency that is dedicated to assisting those who need care without discrimination to color, race, or religion. And out of a strong passion for helping others, My Joy Home Care Agency was born!

Today, My Joy Home Care Agency operates with many goals in mind. The main one is to provide a caring in-home support service that assures our clients of their safety and security even as they continue to receive top-quality care in the comfort of their homes. When it comes to their families and others who care for them, our goal is to provide a service that gives them confidence in knowing their loved ones are in good hands.

At My Joy Home Care, we pride ourselves in supporting those who have chosen to remain at home instead of being placed in long term care facilities, including seniors, persons with physical and cognitive disabilities, those recuperating from illnesses and surgery, and others. We make their wishes come true by ensuring their non-medical needs are met in a customized, compassionate, and considerate way.

Our goal is to ensure that their situation, be it a chronic illness/condition or the normal process of aging, doesn’t rob them of the joy of remaining among their loved ones and surrounded by a familiar environment.
