We offer non certified in home care. We have over 12 years of in home and hospital experience. Services to be provided include Support for activities of daily living,such as eating,bathing(bed bath, bench bath, sink bath),personal grooming including dressing, personal hygiene,provide necessary skin care, meal planning and preparation, assistance in and out of bed, repositioning participants as necessary, assistance with ambulation, toileting and maintaining continence. We will provide home support which includes cleaning, laundry, shopping, home safety,and errands. We will monitor the patients condition such as temperature, pulse rate, observation of repiratory rate and blood pressure. We will monitor medication as prescibed and instruction on the bottle. We can hand the patient the bottle but cannot give the patient the medication.
