About Us
Ideal Home Care Services was founded with the unique mission of providing in-home care services to not just seniors, but to others who may benefit from them as well. Recovering surgery patients, expectant mothers, physically challenged individuals, veterans and car accident victims may all have a difficult time caring for themselves in the home.
We understand how difficult it can be to meet a loved one’s every need, especially when you try to do it on your own. Such a challenge can become even more overwhelming when you throw work, life’s obligations and your own needs into the mix. We strive to help you shoulder the responsibility by offering in-home care services when you need it the most.
About the Founder
Before founding Ideal Home Care in 2009, our founder was a bedside nurse at a local hospital. While there, she encountered many families that were hesitant to leave a recently-discharged loved one home alone while they went about their everyday activities. She watched as they struggled with the guilt and anxiety of even thinking about doing so, and stress over the potential lost income if they chose to stay home. Having gone through the dilemma herself with her own parents, she thought that there had to be a better way. It turns out, there is.
She didn’t just stop with Ideal Home Care. In 2011, she went on to create Ideal School of Allied Healthcare, where she also teaches aspiring home-health aides how to provide the best care possible in a home setting. Her courses not only focus on the development of clinical skills, but they also emphasize fostering relationships with patients and their families.

Our vision is three-fold. We strive to build a team of focused and compassionate individuals who can deliver innovative medical and non-medical home care services and solutions. Our goal is to become the provider of choice for senior and family in-home care services.
