We have been fortunate enough to have had many of our family members live to an elderly age. Some of the difficulties that are associated with aging, including Alzheimer’s, ALS and Parkinson’s have affected our families, and we have experienced and witnessed the challenges associated with the role of being a caregiver, and our eyes were opened to the importance of having qualified, compassionate caregivers in the home when our family needed help.

We founded Caring Hearts of Rochester and began providing home care services in 2012. We are a local, family-owned and operated company. Today we serve approximately 60 families and employee over 90 caregivers. Whether you need assistance for just a few hours a week or up to 24 hours/day, Caring Hearts of Rochester is ready to assist. We are dedicated to this important work and strongly believe that seniors deserve the highest quality, personalized care to fit their needs.

Our collective experiences complement our desire to work with families and individuals in need. We have been able work in a capacity that has become a passion for us. We have trained with Senior Care Certification programs, have received certifications and designations earned through education, and we continue to study new material to better enhance the experience for the Elderly and Geriatric people we serve. Although the majority of the persons with whom we work are elderly, we do serve clients and patients of all ages.

Caring Hearts of Rochester’s directive is to provide consistent, dependable care for individuals who want to maintain their independence and stay safely in their homes. We work in collaboration with elders, their families and caregivers, and experts in elder care including social workers, geriatric care managers, certified home health agencies, residential program managers, and other professionals who are best positioned to determine the care that your loved one may need.
