Services offered at Smart Choice are ADLs services such as: bathing, grooming, skincare, toileting, feeding, transfer, companionship, respite care, ambulation, and private duty nursing. We also offer IADLs services such as: meal preparation, homemaking, pet care, errands, grocery shopping, companionship to doctor's appointments, supervision to ensure safety, and many more services. Our caregivers are trained to fit your needs, and each caregiver is CPR and First Aide certified. We also offer caregiver training to those who qualify, therefore if you know anyone looking to become a certified caregiver send them or way.
