How do we achieve our mission and goals?
1. We listen to you and communicate openly with you. We want to understand your unique personality, health condition, and needs. Then, our nurse will carve out a care plan that will match your goals and those of your primary care provider. Next, based on the assessment, we will provide a caregiver who fits you best. Finally, we will find room for even better service provision through recurrent evaluations.
2. We send you honest, well-trained, prepared, and confident caregivers. We provide regular training and specialized education to our caregivers. In addition, we do monthly meetings and email reminders to keep our caregivers updated and reminded about our values.
3. Feedback. We dearly appreciate feedback from the people we serve. This feedback helps us improve our services as we achieve our mission of providing the most trusted quality care.
