Platinum was started in 2005 and Medicare certified on 3/17/2006. We provide, Nursing, Therapy and Aide services. We also provide non-skilled aides and helpers in the home.

We are owned by a licensed Physical Therapist and specialize in treating all Rehabilitation conditions in the home environment. We promise the fastest onset of Therapy services in the area, usually next day. as well as the most thorough and complete care plans.

Our agency is a top 5% provider of Therapy visits, per care episode, in the Nation according to Medicare. While we maintain excellent Nursing, if you need Therapy in the home, there is no finer choice in Northeast Ohio.
