Established in 1982, Evergreen In-Home Care Services is one of Oregon's longest standing in-home care agencies. Our Mission is "To Enhance the Dignity and Independednce of Our Clients". In keeping with this mission, Evergreen provides a full spectrum of in-home care services to older adults, disabled, individuals recovering from illness, injury or surgery, and those in need of long-term or short-term assistance in Deschutes, Jefferson and Crook counties. We provide a no-cost in-home evaluation, customized solutions and one-on-one personalized care. Services include: geriatric care management/consultation, personal care, meal preparation, medication administration, light housekeeping, respite/companion, and skilled nursing. We assist with everyday tasks that allow cliewnts to live independently whether it be a few hours a day or 24 hours a day. Evergreen is state licensed as a Comprehensive in-home care agency. Services may be paid privately, by long term care insurance, Medicaid, Veteran's Administration, Worker's Compensation, private insurance, Oregon Project Independence and Respite Caregiver Program.
