Welcome to BACI Home Health Care, a skilled nursing and therapy home health care agency. We work together with your doctor to help you recover in the comfort of your home after surgery, hospital stay, injury, fall or illness. 

We offer Skilled Nursing, Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, and Medical Social Work, all in the comfort of your own home. 

Our services are covered by your Medicare, Medicaid or private health insurance plan this means no out of pocket cost to you in most cases. 

BACI is licensed by Pennsylvania Department of Health, Medicare Certified and CHAP Accredited. We accept independence Blue Cross, Cigna, Humana Medicaid, as well as Medicare. We are a locally-owned company, servicing the Southeast Montgomery County and Northeast Philadelphia and surrounding areas. Our CHAP accreditation assures that our company continues to meet or exceed the most rigorous industry standards.
