Our personal care attendants are screened with a face-to-face interview, reference checks, criminal background checks , child abuse clearances, and drug screening. We provide Worker’s Compensation and Professional Liability insurance and we meet CDC health screening guidelines for our employees. Our caregivers meet all competency requirements in accordance to Pennsylvania Department of Health standards.
