The Agency’s mission is to provide professional and paraprofessional services to clients in their homes assisting them to achieve the highest level of potential in their day-to-day self-care activities.
We are committed to providing high quality, multidisciplinary care by professionals who recognize the need for a comprehensive assessment of needs from both the client and professional's point of view.
We service about 7 counties in the state of Pennsylvania: Montgomery County, Philadelphia County, Bucks County, Berks County, Chester County, Delaware County, and York County.
We provide care for all Medicaid waivers both skilled and unskilled, we take care of VA non-skilled and all waiver Services. We are also enrolled with three MCOs (Managed Care Org.) Keystone First CHC; AmeriHealth Caritas, PA Health & Wellness and UPMC.
