Staff at NYVA Healthcare Services have had the privilege of providing excellent care to clients living with different types of chronic diseases such as diabetes, hypertension, stroke, dementia, depression, and heart failure. Throughout these years, they have experienced clients wishing to stay home. However, due to physical and cognitive impairments, they have been facing difficulty meeting that goal.
We provide assistance with personal care services such as: Bathing, dressing, grooming/hygiene, toileting, incontinence care, medication reminders, turning and repositioning, transferring, daily walks, companionship and conversation.
Lifestyle support services including: Laundry and ironing, light housekeeping, change of bed linens, assistance with meal preparation and feeding, check food expiration dates, run errands and grocery shopping, assistance with outreach programs, assistance with mobility and range-of-motion, escort to medical appointments, water the plants.
