Hospital Bed Sheets

Drive Medical Hospital Bedding In A Box:

These sheets are hard to find but essential to fit hospital beds properly. This set also includes a comfy cotton blanket. Regular flat twin sheets are too short and regular fitted ones simply do not fit hospital beds. When the head and/or foot of the bed is elevated these sheets are designed to stay put and won't pop off. Be sure to get at least two sets because accidents happen and will need to wash. It might make sense to buy one full set and a couple of back-up hospital fitted bottom sheets.

I always advise caregivers to make a draw sheet on the bed by folding a flat sheet in half or thirds and placing it across center of bed under their loved one's mid-section. Draw sheets allow for easier turning and moving of your loved ones in bed and save caregivers' backs! Reusable bed pads also make a strong draw sheet and reduce laundry demands.
