We are licensed by the RI DOH. We have a 5+ rating with the BBB. We go above and beyond to make sure you or your loved ones needs are met. We offer free Dementia trainings to all family members and our CNA/Caregivers. We treat everyone of our clients with respect and dignity. We understand finding good quality home care can be challenging, so we offer a meet and greet with your CNA/Caregiver so you feel comfortable having them come into your home. We work diligently to find the best personality to fit your needs.
We have an RN on board who will offer a free assessment to you, and develop a care plan that fits your needs. She also oversees all of our CNAs with unannounced spot checks done in the home. We are not part of a franchise which allows us to offer more affordable rates to our clients. Our hiring process is lengthly which includes a second interview, a thorough background check which includes national fingerprinting, competency testing and 12 inservice trainings per year.
