Independent Therapy Netowrk is based in Germantown, TN with offices in Nashville, Chattanooga, and Knoxville. We specialize in contracting with Physical, Occupational and Speech Therapists to work out in the community with Adults with Developmental Disabilities (Home and Community Based Waiver). We also contract with independent state providers to assist with their billing system. ITN is the largest provider of therapy services under the Medicaid Waiver in the State of Tennessee.
