My name is Jon Nelson, and I am one of the owners of Home Helpers & Direct Link of Rockwall It is our pleasure to provide compassionate in-home care of the highest quality to seniors, people recovering from injury or illness, and those recuperating from surgery. It is our mission to keep our senior citizens safely and happily in their own homes, living life on their terms. You have my assurance that we personally screen, interview and hire all of my caregivers, who must then pass an extensive background check and agree to submit to drug screening. Once hired, all of our caregivers are trained and closely supervised. I take a hands-on approach to providing care for our clients, meeting with the families and clients initially, coordinating the care and periodically meeting with the clients to insure we are providing the kind of care I would want for myself or a member of my family. We look forward to meeting with you and designing a customized care plan that meets all of your needs.
Our day-to-day operations are handled by our Owners, Jonathan Nelson and Tony Nguyen, as well as well as Victoria Gordon, our Staffing Manager.
