Private Home Health Care Services provides Home Health Care to. Seniors, Disabled Adults & Children with specials needs. We are licensed and bonded. We provide transportation to medical appointments, grocery & pharmacy. We strongly encourage our Home Aids and nurses to provide transportation in the clients vehicle. If the client is able to drive themself, our aids are allowed to go with them to make sure they are safe. We do not setup transportation with other providers, this is the clients responsibility. Aids are allowed to provide light house cleaning ( We are not maids, we are not there to detail their home) if a client needs straightening up this is fine, beyond that refer the client to PHHCS). meal prep, laundry, transferring, bathing, dressing, companionship, vital signs and documentation of patient’s physical condition & mental health.
