CAREGIVER INTEGRITY Unlike other Home Care companies that simply staff your scheduled hours, our caregivers are our employees, managed by one of our on staff nurses and held to the same standard and accountability as every employee, top to bottom. We run extensive background checks including criminal record, drug screening, credit history and driving record. Each caregiver receives monthly mandatory training and on-site monitoring by your assigned care manager.
CUSTOM CARE PLANS We create and manage custom care plans developed by you with the input and guidance of your Care Manager. These plans are kept in the home and reviewed by your Care Manager during bi-weekly visits.
